Dance District Programs

Dance District offers three distinct dance programs:

  1. Recreational Dance (Non-Competitive)

  2. Part-Time Competitive Dance (Pre-Competitive)

  3. Full-Time Competitive Dance

While high-quality dance training is our priority, our Competitive Programs provide so much more. Dancers become part of a community of like-minded, hardworking peers who are not only developing their technical skills, but also learning valuable life skills such as time management, teamwork, personal accountability, and the rewards of dedication and perseverance.

Competitive dance allows children to build physical discipline, overcome challenges, and grow in confidence. It fosters a strong sense of belonging, pride, and accomplishment. The relationships formed with both mentors and teammates often last well beyond their dance years. At Dance District, we are incredibly proud of the supportive, family-like community we have built.

Below outlines the approximate schedules and training hours (subject to change) for our Competitive Programs:

  • Part-Time Competitive Program

  • Full-Time Competitive Program

All dancers must audition to join our Competitive Programs.  Placement is based not only on age, but also on prior training and technical ability to ensure each dancer is placed in the program best suited for their growth. If you are unable to attend the scheduled auditions, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
